IMPORTANT UPDATE!!

1. Payments must be paid BEFORE lessons start otherwise the lesson may not commence. At least 24 HOURS notice is requested to cancel pre-booked driving lessons, or YOU MAY BE CHARGED A FEE FOR LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW AFTER 15 MINS waiting from allocated start time.

1.a. As of 1 January 2023, any cancelled lessons within 24hr notice that cannot be rescheduled the same week will be charged a 1hr lesson fee. If I have to cancel a lesson that cannot be rescheduled for that same week, you will receive 1hr lesson credit. Any practical test bookings will need to be approved BEFORE booking to avoid double booking with someone else's test.

2. The following applies to all lesson and practical test bookings and promotional offers: there cannot be an unauthorised break of more than 14 days; abuse of these offers will result in any remaining lessons will be forfeited without possibility of a refund. this does not affect your statutory rights. If a refund is agreed; any remaining hours will be calculated as per original offer.

3. Please allow 15 minutes waiting time for instructor to arrive, due to unforeseen delays such as traffic etc.

4. We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic. Your instructor will rearrange a driving lesson to a time convenient to both you and the instructor.

5. The driving instructor cannot be held responsible for driving tests postponed or cancelled by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.

6. I reserve the right to refuse a driving lesson or terminate a driving lesson should the driver be under influence of alcohol or any other substances that would affect road safety.

7. A test can only be booked with full consent from the driving instructor. I reserve the right to withdraw my car for a test without notice should I consider you are not at a safe test standard.

8. *A 1 lesson fee may apply if you request to cancel pre-booked driving lessons within 24 Hours of lesson start time. This will automatically be taken from credits already on account.

9. Offer 1: 5 Hour Bundle £190 (£10 off) use hours anytime subject to availability as of 6/4/2024, I reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time.

      Offer 2: 10 Hour Bundle £380 (£20 off) use hours anytime subject to availability as of 6/4/2024, I reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time.

 

 9a.**New Prices starting 6th April 2024**

  1 Hour £40

  1 Hour 30 minutes £55

  2 Hours £75

10. Full payment for the current and any outstanding lessons must be paid for prior to start of a lesson.

11. Using you own vehicle: full lesson rates will apply; however the last minute cancellation fee will be waived

12. I reserve the right to withdraw any current offers. All other lessons will be charged/refunded in accordance with my standard pricing structure which may vary from time to time.

​13. Refunds are subject to a 14 day cooling of period prior to your first lesson taking place for that particular paid block of lessons. Please allow 30 days for any refunds via PayPal.

14. We advise all clients to speak with us by SMS/email/TotalDrive app or telephone communication 'before' making an online payment. 

15. Lessons will be conveyed verbally or via SMS/email for all lesson/practical test bookings.

16. Please telephone/SMS or email our Driving School if you have not received a response from us, or if for any reason we have not been unable to make contact with you within 3 working days of making your online payment.  

17. Before booking practical Driving Tests, an ADI reference number will be supplied to confirm the readiness of the student driver’s ability for test and for use of the Driving School vehicles.
